I am a creative professional with 10+ years experience leading a small in-house design team at Student Beans, providing creative/art direction, visual design, branding and concept ideation. I believe user insight fuels idea generation and provides meaning and purpose to all creative output. I always endeavor to balance goal-driven solutions with engaging visual designs.

I have grown and managed a small design team providing creative direction and line management responsibilities, working closely with a Studio Manager to establish processes for effective department operations providing mentorship to junior members of the team helping shape their professional development...but don’t just take my word for it.
